    Within a few days, you’ll get a package in the mail with all of your prescriptions in your new MedBox. For urgent prescriptions, you’ll receive your MedBox within 4 hours. Each MedBox contains all your regular prescriptions, sorted by day and time into easy-to-open individual packets.

    In the MedBox, you’ll find your medications sorted into easy-to-use tearaway packets for each dose.

Of course! Signing up for someone else is just as easy as signing up yourself. Make sure to have all medication and current pharmacy information on hand.

How Does MedBox Manage Refills?

With MedBox, you’ll never worry about refilling or missing a medication. Your doctor will be contacted around 2-3 weeks before you run out to make sure it’s refilled on time. You’ll never need to worry about obtaining refills on your own.

What If My Medication Needs Prior Authorization?

We work with your doctor and insurance company directly to make sure your medication is authorized. If your prescription requires something from you, like going to the doctor’s office, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Some Of My Loved Ones Medication Needs to Be Taken According to Specific Instructions. Can We Still Use MedBox?

Yes! Each package includes a list of all medication received, with user-friendly written and graphic instructions for every medication. MedBox ensures that medication instructions are as clear as possible.

How Do I Receive “As-Needed” Medications?

You can also order your “as-needed” medications along with your MedBox. “As-needed” medications will come in a standard pill bottle, instead of time-labeled packets. If your prescription changes and you have to take any medication on a time schedule, contact AmeriPharma and we can update your MedBox.

How Do You Ship Medication?

Your medication is either shipped through UPS or hand-delivered in a discreet box, and will arrive a week before your start date. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your records. If your medication is lost in the mail, we will replace it overnight at no charge.

Do You Ship Medication Other Than Pills, Such As Creams, Inhalers, Insulin, or Vitamins?

Yes. We can dispense any prescription you would fill at a local pharmacy, including insulin, creams, inhalers, or vitamins.

How Do You Ensure My Pill Packaging is Accurate?

Your MedBox goes through multiple quality assurance checkpoints. Pharmacists check every MedBox for accuracy, to ensure that you receive the right medications and amounts.

How Much Does it Cost?

You’ll only pay your regular copays. AmeriPharma has no additional cost for our packaging system, and shipping is free.
